Jason is a true general practitioner and experienced trial lawyer. Over the past 25+ years, he has tried over 100 cases to judges and juries in both state and federal courts and consistently achieves exceptional results for his clients, who include individuals, small businesses, and multi-million dollar companies.  Jason’s practice covers an eclectic array of areas, including commercial and business litigation, contract, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes, business “divorces” between owners/partners/ shareholders, entertainment law, construction law, landlord-tenant, probate litigation, real estate litigation (trespass, nuisance, quiet title), intellectual property (trademark and copyright infringement), personal injury resulting from automobile accidents and slip/trip and falls, and professional malpractice.

 

Jason is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
